NJ Transit plans to implement a 15% fare increase, the first in nine years, with subsequent 3% annual hikes. The proposal aims to maintain current service levels for the upcoming fiscal year, starting in July.

You can make your voice heard by opposing the increase during any of the upcoming 10 public hearings or submitting comments online at njtransit.com/hearing, via mail at Public Hearing Office – Fare Proposal Comments, One Penn Plaza East, Newark, NJ 07105, or through email, hearing@njtransit.com.
